How long have you been giving spankings professionally?

Over 16 years.

But you were a spanking mom right?

Yes, I spanked my own boys when they were growing up.

Until what age were your kids spanked?

I think until they were 10 or so.  After that, all I had to do was give them the look that said if they crossed that line, they were in trouble.

Were you spanked growing up?

My Mum was the disciplinarian in the family and she died when I was 11.  I was lucky enough not to experience her wrath but I witnessed my little sister going over her knee many times.

Why do we need/crave spankings so much?

I think we all need someone to be accountable to.  The fact that someone can have the power over you to reduce you to a small child again and make you feel guilty for your transgressions makes us spellbound and we crave this feeling of helplessness and desire to feel that someone cares enough about us to punish us when needed. 

You are a good pre spanking lecturer…is that important?

Absolutely!  I am the Queen of “scold” and I believe a naughty boy or girl must hear why they are being punished, what the punishment will be, and extract a sincere apology from them.  Scolding should be delivered before, during, and after the spanking in my opinion.

Do you role play?

Yes, I love role play.  Anything works for me – just give me a role and a scenario and I will run with it.  I have a vivid imagination and can put myself in any situation.

Are there any rules when getting spanked by Miss Specht? Like no clenching, feet on the floor, etc.?

One thing I hate is someone who tops from the bottom!!  How many spanks, with what particular implement, giving me dialogue, etc.  This infuriates me and I feel like I’m reading from a script.  If a client requests that he/she be chastised for clenching or not being in the proper punishment position, then I will work with that.  Otherwise, I wing it and just say what comes naturally to me during the session.  Remember – I am in the role and in the spanking mode so my words and actions flow accordingly.

How does one go about getting a session with you?

You can email me through my web site www.danaspecht.com  Please be polite and specific with your needs and when you’d like to see me.  I am wary of deadbeats and fakes who want to hear me say the trigger words for their own pleasure but have no intention of booking an appointment.  Don’t waste my time if you’re not serious!

Do you tailor it to our needs?

Yes I do.  This is YOUR session – YOUR fantasy and I want you to walk away with a very sore bottom and fond memories. 

What do you get out of the session?

I enjoy my work and I get a “high” when I see the look of peace and happiness on your face when the session is over.  Then I know I have given you exactly what you were looking for.  This makes me extremely happy. 

Do you have a favorite part, like making your client bare themselves, or first going over your lap, the first spank?

I like to sit and chat with you first to get the edge off and make you relax before I take you into my spanking room.  Then, when you least expect it, I pounce.  I love the look of fear on your face and the power and control I have over you.  From then on it’s like unwrapping a present at Christmastime.  I’ll scold you and tell you why you’re here and what I’m going to do to you as I order you to remove your shoes, socks, and shirt.  Then, I call you over to my right side and undo your pants and pull them down, followed by your underpants and make you step out of them and fold them neatly.  I’ll turn you around and examine your bare bottom and make comments while I trace the contours of your cheeks with my fingers – all the while scolding you and telling you what’s about to happen.  This to me, is the best part.  I have you in my web and there is no escape.  

Do you have a lot of repeat business? You spank awfully hard. I can imagine it’s awhile before they comeback?

Yes, I have many long-time clients.  Some go back to my beginning days and they have become very dear friends.  I have seen clients back-to-back but they are heavy players and want a severe punishment with marks to last for days.  I have also seen clients over a two or three day visit and hand spanked them only on the first day, then gave the strap the next, followed by the paddles and cane on the last day.

Many women or couples come to you? Or mostly men? Is there a certain age?

Most of my clients are men but I do have a few naughty girls.  Most women prefer to be spanked by a man, though.  I also see couples where I spank the husband while the wife watches and learns, or I’ll spank the naughty wife in front of her husband.

Do you spank men and women with the same intensity?

Yes I do but you realize some men can’t take a hard spanking just like some women can’t.  I’ve spanked women a lot harder than some of the boys.  It all depends on pain tolerance I guess.

Is there a difference between a “dom” and a “spanking specialist”?

I think there is.  In my opinion a “Domme” is a woman who is into power play and slave training (I may be wrong, but that’s my opinion).  A “spanking specialist” such as myslef, is adept at administering safe and sound spankings, knowing when to ease up and when to test the limits by monitoring body language and skin tone.  I am not a sadist nor am I out to prove anything.  I want your spanking session to be as close to your fantasy as I can deliver. 

You look amazingly like a principal I had in elementary school, who used a paddle, the kind that used to have the ball attached to it, on naughty students, do you have a favorite implement?

My favorite implement is my hand of course, because it is so personal and I can feel the heat on yoru bottom and you can feel the warmth of my hand.  Sometimes it caresses you in between spanks, then turns into a burning ember.  I also love my lather straps, my short Spencer paddle, and my Vermont Country Store hairbrush. 

Your hand looks pretty tough too?

Yes, I am always told that my hand is worse than a lot of my implements.

You do a lot of video work too. Favorite model?

My favorite model is Sarah Gregory.  We had a chemestry right from the start and she and I can read each other’s minds.  She is a joy to work with and a very talented lady both in the spanking community and in the vanilla world.

Should I be happy I’m her favorite?

You were singled out in Dana Specht’s interview, as the model she enjoys working with the most…how does that make you feel?

That made me feel very special and happy. We work together very often due to our real life relationship. She and I have a special relationship that is like that of a mother and daughter. In the fetlife “relationship” terms, we are called “BabyGirl and Mommy” I call her my Momma and she calls me her baby girl. A lot of what we shoot feels natural and speaks to our mother daughter relationship.

How hard are her spankings?
Her spankings can be as hard or as soft as they need to be depending on the reason for the spanking. She can certainly get her point across with a quick otk hand spanking as well as with a longer spanking including implements. Dana has the ability to be able to sense the limits of the bottom and take them right to the edge. There is a difference between just spanking someone as hard as you can vs. spanking them as hard as they need and can take. Recently I was given my first real punishment spanking from her and I think it was harder than I was ever spanked and since it was real punishment, I won’t ever do what I did again as I don’t want to be punished again…but isn’t that the point? We did film this real punishment and it will be available for sale. It is not like anything I have ever shot before.

What makes her so good at it?

Like I said before, Dana has the ability to sense the limits and tolerance of the bottom. She is good at reading body language. Having been a mother who used spanking raising her children, it is instinctual to her. She knows what to say, how to spank,and how to make you feel loved and that she is doing this because she loves you. She is very maternal and confident and this all helps her be the amazing disciplinarian that she is.

Are you two planning more shoots together?

We are ALWAYS planning shoots together. As mentioned earlier, I was just out staying with her this past month. We shot two new videos. One will be called Sarah’s Strict Mommy and the other one will be called Sarah’s Real Punishment.  When she comes to stay with me in March, we have plans to shoot a video where she is a cop and I am an arrested prostitute. We also are going to have a couple other female models involved in some 2 girl spankings where she spanks me with another model. And we have also been booking quite a few double sessions together while we travel and stay with each other. It has been fun spanking naughty boys side by side with my Momma. Also, some of the sessions have come up with some pretty fun role plays where I am spanked by them, by her, and then she spanks both of us.

Any great off camera moments you care to share?

Wow, there are so many great off camera moments with us. Some of my most favorite moments together are my goodnight Momma Spankings. I wrote about this here. http://www.spankingsarahgregory.com/1153/momma/  Other great moments with her are before she tucks me in at night, we cuddle and talk and just talk about anything and everything. I feel so safe and loved and happy. And also when we are at spanking parties, we get coffee together in the morning and sit and chat and start our day this way, it is very nice.

How about most memorable on camera moment with her?

Hmmmm, there are so many great ones. I would have to say that I have three most memorable on camera moments that stand out in my mind at this moment. The first is when I shot my first video with her ever, Sarah’s Summer Spankings. From the first moment we started filming and I went over her knee, I felt comfortable and like it was right and we were a right match. We instantly had perfect on camera chemistry, we played off each other fabulously. The second was when I wanted to try my fist face slap and asked her to slap me across the face in my latest Spanksgiving special video. Right after it happened it triggered something emotionally in me in a good way. I liked that it came from her and for some unexplainable reason, it made me feel closer to her than ever. It was that weekend that we shot the video that I asked her if I could put on fetlife that I was her babygirl. The third is most recent and it was the moment after I had my first real punishment from her and she was holding me while I cried, I will never forget how loved, forgiven, and cared for I felt at that moment. If I could freeze my life at that moment and put those feelings in a small bottle to carry with me and be able to have that same feeling again anytime I wanted to, I would be the happiest person alive. I wasn’t sure about filming my punishment at first, but I am glad to have that now as the actual spanking is difficult for me to watch, I can watch the end where I am forgiven an my Momma is holding me and I can go back to that moment and feel that love as I watch it.

Has the business changed much?

I think with the onset of the internet and everybody who is into the spanking kink finding spanking sites, the business has really come out of the closet, which is a good thing. 

What’s the difference between an on camera spanking and a real life one?

When I shoot a video I have the same persona as I do when I am doing a session.  I hate cuts and stopping the scene to change a camera angle.  I like the whole video to flow and roll as if it were a real session.  I never use a script either, by the way.
